Infant Massage Class Registration Form:
- Babies should be at least three weeks old.
- You will receive your own bottle of organic vegetable based oil for massage and a set of index cards of the strokes learned.
- Babies must wait at least 48 hours after an immunization to receive massage.You may still attend with your baby and practice the strokes on a demonstration doll.
- Babies cannot receive massage if they have a fever or other illness. Babies with a known medical condition may be able to receive massage (if so, please obtain a medical release from your health practitioner and bring it to the class).
- We will be sitting on a carpeted floor. Please bring a towel or blanket for your baby to lie on and your baby’s usual supplies.
- You may want to bring a pillow or a mat for yourself to sit on.
- Moms, dads, grandparents, nannies, older siblings are all welcome!

Cost: $25
A non-refundable $10 deposit (payabale via PayPal) is required at the time of registration. The remainder of the cost is to be paid on the morning of the class.
